How it works

More about ordering and payment

  1. Personalise and send a request

    Choose a product and size and enter a name, date, dedication or place. The preview shows right away how it will look.

  2. Receive a quote and pay

    We e-mail you a quote with payment details and a barcode for mobile banking. We start making your gift once the payment arrives.

  3. We make it and ship it

    We make the gift by hand within the time shown on the product and ship it to an address or a parcel locker anywhere in Croatia.

Frequently asked questions

How does ordering work?

Choose a product, add your personalisation and send the order. The order is a request: we then e-mail you a quote with the price, delivery and payment details. We start making your order once the payment arrives.

When and how do I pay?

You pay nothing when you order. You pay by bank transfer after you receive the quote: copy the details or scan the barcode in the quote with your banking app. The quote is valid until the date written in it.

How long does it take to make?

The making time is shown with every product and in the quote, in working days from the day of payment. If you need the gift by a certain date, enter it with your order and we will tell you whether we can make it.

How do you ship and what does delivery cost?

We ship within Croatia only, to your address or to a parcel locker. Delivery prices and the order amount for free delivery are on the Shipping page and in the cart.

How can I check my personalisation?

Everything you entered is listed in the quote. Before paying, check the names, dates and spelling. If you spot a mistake, let us know and we will send you a corrected quote.

Can I cancel my order?

Until you pay, you can cancel the order in your account or through the order tracking link. Personalised products are made to your details, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to them after payment. For products without personalisation you have 14 days from receipt.
