Right of withdrawal

Version 1, in force since 5 October 2026

A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The right does not apply to personalised products or products made to your details. If you did not personalise a product, the right applies.

How to withdraw

  • Fill in the form below or send a statement of withdrawal to info@studio-victus.example.

  • We confirm receipt by e-mail.

  • Return the goods to Železna Gora 198A, 40313 Železna Gora within 14 days of your statement. You bear the direct cost of returning them.

  • We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving your statement, to the account you paid from. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods.

Withdrawal form

Fill in the form and send it. We e-mail you a confirmation of receipt straight away.

You will find it in the order confirmation e-mail, e.g. IH-2026-0001.

Name, variant and quantity, one product per line.

Street and number, postcode and town.

We send the confirmation of receipt to this address.

By sending the statement you withdraw from the contract for the goods listed. The right of withdrawal does not normally apply to personalised products.
